Shipping And Handling

Standard delivery

Orders are packed and posted the day you order or the next working day if you have ordered after hours subject to the availability of items purchased.  

Delivery times vary depending on your location and take 1 to 10 working days.
Items are securely packed and sent by Australia Post eParcel service so it is signature required on delivery. 

Delivery within Australia using eParcel standard signature required service is charged at the following rates regardless of the weight and size of your order.
WA - $12.00 ........ 1 - 2 working days
SA - $15.00 ......... 3 - 4 working days
VIC - $15.00 ........ 4 - 5 working days
NSW - $15.00 ..... 4 - 5 working days
ACT - $15.00 ...... 4 - 5 working days
QLD - $15.00 ...... 5 - 7 working days
TAS - $20.00 ...... 5 - 7 working days
NT - $20.00 ........ 5 - 7 working days

Urgent orders

If you can not allow up to 10 working days for your delivery then Express Post satchels can be used and the satchel number emailed to you.
As this is not a signature required service we can not take responsibility for the delivery. 

If  we can fit your order in a business sized 3kg Express Post satchel or 5kg Express Post satchel the fee will be $15.00

Heavier or bulkier items will be sent in multiple satchels and charged accordingly

Please note some items like parasols and pinatas will not fit in Express Post Satchels and would have to be sent using eParcel Express Post service and charged at cost. We can also offer eParcel Express Post service at cost for smaller items if you would rather a signature required delivery. The shopping cart will not calculate these charges - these will be emailed to you when your order have been processed.

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for production of personalised products like stubby holders prior to posting




Backorders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise when your required item will be back in stock.
We have a large retail floor space and warehouse but as we operate the web site and a physical shop occasionally products may sell out.
Return Policy
In line with fair trading laws, a refund maybe obtained with proof of purchase if a product is defective, unfit for purpose or does not match its description or sample. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
In addition to your refund rights, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Put It Out There, simply return the product to us - Carrier charges for returning products are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers parcel tracking and you may want to insure your package for safe return .We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund provided the product is in a “as new” condition, including packaging, instructions and all accessories
